Strawberry and Wonderful Halos Crisp

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Combine the Wonderful Halos segments, strawberries, lemon juice, coconut sugar and flour in a large bowl. Pour into a 9-by-9-inch or 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Topping: Combine the oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour and salt. Add the butter and toss to coat in the mixture. Using your fingers, press the butter into the mixture until small pea-sized pieces form and the topping comes together.
  3. Sprinkle the topping over the filling. Bake until fruit is bubbling, and crisp topping is golden, 45 to 50 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes then serve with frozen vanilla yogurt, if desired.
