Halos Fruit Salad
Start the New Year off right with a healthy Halos fruit salad. Toss together sweet Halos segments, mango cubes and strawberries. Dress it with lime juice and add chili pepper to season just right.
- 4 Halos mandarins
- 2 mangos
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 lime
- chili powder to taste
- kosher salt to taste
- Peel and segment the Halos mandarins. Peel and cube the mangos. Slice the strawberries.
- Add chilled cut fruit to large mixing bowl. Cut lime in half and squeeze both halves over the bowl, onto the fruit. Sprinkle chili powder and salt to taste. Gently toss. Serve immediately.
